HOW DO I UNLOCK THE EMPLOYEE IMPORT OR TIMECARD UPLOAD?

When you run an import or an upload the related database table locks so that only one can be run at a time. You wouldn’t want to have two people uploading timecards at the same time, for example. If that process is interrupted—maybe the browser tab in which you were running the import/upload was closed before the process was finished—the table will remain locked.

You can wait for thirty minutes for the lock to expire, or you can contact support@intellitime.com to have us unlock the table for you immediately.
