A release note meeting is a meeting, usually held through GoToMeeting, between you (or your team) and a member of IntelliTime’s support team, during which you go over the release notes you were given for an upcoming upgrade. This gives you a chance to ask questions about fixes, enhancements, and new features you will be gaining through the upgrade, and to ask for recommendations on how to test them, or make the best use of them. These often happen shortly after your test site has been upgraded, so the site can be used during the meeting to show changes you’ll be receiving (if necessary), but it can also be held before your test site is upgraded.
