If a punch doesn’t round as it was expected to, the cause is often that Lunch Duration Rounding is being used. That means that the system will look at the overall length of the user’s lunch, to the minute, and round it to the nearest increment, rounding the lunch break’s Stop punch as needed to accomplish that. This may result in the punch rounding differently than it would have if it had been considered on its own.

If the punch truly should have rounded individually, then disable Lunch Duration Rounding on the user’s punch profile to prevent this from happening for future punches. The already impacted punch can be deleted and re-added, or its time can be adjusted.
