HOW DO I FIX EVENT SHIFT TIMES AFTER SHIFTS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED?

Sometimes the shift times for an event will change, or you will realize they were entered incorrectly, after some shifts have already been assigned. To resolve this, while keeping users assigned to existing event shifts, and preserving sign up information for unscheduled shifts, you would:

  • Correct the times on the event’s template
  • Click Update to save the change
  • Check the “Resync assigned shift element groups” checkbox
  • Click the Sync to Schedule button
