A user can be assigned multiple jobs for the same effective date range, but only one of them can be a primary job.  This will be the job the Dynamic Schedule will consider when assigning the user to a schedule.

Attempts to assign a new primary job to a user for a date range that overlaps with a current primary job assignment will result in the original primary job assignment being expired or even replaced (depending on the effective date of the new primary job).
