HOW DO I ADD MORE FIELDS TO USER MAINTENANCE?

Many of the fields in User Maintenance are customizable.  Most can be renamed (aliased) so they match your company’s nomenclature.  If not already in use, there are 11 fields that can be added to User Maintenance.  There system titles are listed below:

               CustomID

               CustomID2

               CustomID3

               CustomID4

               CustomID5

               EmpList1

               Emplist2              

               Emplist3

               Emplist4

               Emplist5

               Emplist6              

These additional fields can be configured in the Alias table which is accessed from the ADMIN icon through the Alias link. 

Any label in the Report Name field other than “not  used” will result in the field being displayed in user maintenance.  There are 2 spaces between the words “not” and “used”.  Note that the EmpList fields display in groups of 3.  EmpList1, EmpList2 and EmpList3 will all display if one of these fields is made visible, and the same holds for the group EmpList4, EmpList5 and EmpList6.

These fields are configurable by Group which allows for even more flexibility.  They can even be added to the timecard header if requested.
