A Pay Cycle should not be deleted once it has been created and used. If you no longer intend to use the pay cycle, make sure no users are still assigned to that Pay Cycle and then stop adding future pay periods to it.

If a Pay Cycle was created by mistake, and no users have been assigned users to it, then it can be deleted with IntelliTime assistance. Contact support@intellitime.com.
