If you have a web cam attached to your computer, you can add a photo to the user’s badge information. 

Find the user in User Maintenance, click on the Photo ID button in the lower right, and then click on the Camera button.  This will open a pop-up window which will allow you to take the user’s picture and add it to the file.  At this time, IntelliTime does not support importing user photos from other sources.
