Where to customize the greeting message which displays at the top of chat window

A greeting message is a pre-defined welcome message which displays at the top of your chat window.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to Comm100 Control Panel.

2. In the left navigation bar click the Live Chat tab.

3. In the Campaign drop-down menu select Chat Window.

Note: If you have multiple campaigns, double-check the name of the campaign you are customizing from the top-right corner of the page.

4. Click Advanced and edit the greeting Greeting Message.

5. Click Save.
