How to Insert an Image to an Email Reply

Comm100 Ticketing & Messaging allows you to insert images into any follow-up emails. You can send an image by uploading from your local device or providing a URL. The email recipients do not need to download the image to preview it, instead, the images are displayed in full size.

 

Step by Step Instructions

To insert images when handling an email ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Ticketing & Messaging tab of the Agent Console.
  2. Click the expand icon in your reply field.

  3. Click the Image icon.

  4. Choose the option to insert your image. The image appears in the replying area after being inserted successfully.
    • To insert a local image, choose Upload from computer and choose the image. You can also insert the image by copy-paste it into the replying area.
    • To insert an online image, choose From URL, provide the image source URL in the Insert/Edit Image window, and resize it with preferred Dimensions.

    • Note: The size of an uploaded local image cannot be greater than 20 MB, and the supported file formats include: JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, WEBP, ICO.
  5. (Optional) You can add a hyperlink to this image by clicking the Insert/Edit Link icon.insert-image-ticket-05.png
