Instagram Channel Integration with Ticketing & Messaging

Comm100’s Social Media Integration allows your agents to support a broader range of your customers. Now you can handle Instagram queries within your Comm100 Agent Console. Once your Instagram Professional account is successfully connected to Comm100, you can convert:

  • Instagram Post to a ticket
  • Instagram Post Comments to a ticket
  • Instagram Direct Message to a ticket

Office 365 Email Support on Ticketing & Messaging

You can now add your email accounts to Comm100 Ticketing & Messaging via Office 365 or Exchange Online account to provide customer service in the email channel. After successfully connecting your email account, tickets are created for all incoming emails to the account.
