Comm100 Chat Window is fully customizable. It allows you to remove the Powered by Comm100 text from the visitor-side chat window to reinforce your branding and create a clean look for your live chat.
This article introduces the steps to remove the text using the provided settings on the Control Panel. You can also remove the text by customizing the CSS code.
Note: The Powered by Comm100 text cannot be removed in the Live Chat Startup plan.
Step by Step Instructions
To remove the Powered by Comm100 text, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Comm100 control panel.
- Navigate to Live Chat > Campaign > Chat Window. If you are using multiple campaigns, make sure to choose the correct campaign from the drop-down list.
- Expand the Options for Visitors area, and select the Remove "Powered by Comm100 " in Chat Window checkbox.
Click Save. The Powered by Comm100 text is removed in your chat window.
