This release update provides an overview of the enhancement to the hyperlink text for Canned Messages and Push Page.

Accessible Hyperlink Text for Canned Messages

You can now add hyperlinks to text when editing the Canned Message in the Control Panel. You can send the Canned Message hyperlinked text to visitors, and both agent and visitor can read them easily.

On the Control Panel, to add hyperlinks to the canned messages, you can either use the Insert Link in the editor or [Text](URL).

On the Agent Console, agents can also use the [Text](URL) way to directly send the hyperlinked text to visitors.

Push Page

You can now add Text to Display to the URL, making your message more readable for visitors.

The URL sent using the Push Page feature is automatically opened on the visitor side of the chat window without clicking the hyperlink.
