Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to your Shopsite account.
2. Hover over Preferences and select Layout Settings.
   
3. Get the live chat code and paste the code at the bottom of the Footer section.
4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
5. Click Publish Changes to mirror the code installed and you’ll see the chat button when you view the store.
